New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1931. Second Edition, First Binding. Original Cloth Backed Boards. 12mo. Very Good.
Printed paper label on spine. The front board is faded around the edges about 1/2", the top fore-corners are slightly bumped with light wear. A very good copy. Apparently a review copy, from the library of Walter Gilkyson, with a penciled inscription on the top corner of the free endpaper, "Inquirer - Gilkyson". Walter Gilkyson was an author and book reviewer. He was married to poet Bernice Kenyon.
